Blake was happy that our flight to NY was
delayed which meant he had plenty of time to take airplane photos at one of the
busiest airports in the world. Arrived at JFK just as the sun was setting
however not having much luck with our pre-arranged airport transfers. We were
told that there would be someone waiting at the arrival terminal waiting to
meet us….. yeah right. Unfortunately that didn’t happen and when I called to
check they said they didn’t have any record of our booking. To make matters
worse they didn’t have anyone spare to pick us up. So much for pre-booking? Not
to worry, we’re in New York, the place they say never sleeps. As we walk
through Times Square at 10.30pm on a Thursday night there are still thousands
of people eating hot pretzels, drinking coffee and watching the hundreds of
neon billboards that line the street.
