Day 11: Live audience for taping of 'Dads'

Loz and I managed to get tickets to the live recording of Dads at Fox Studios. Cast included Seth Green  (Austin Powers), Giovani Ribisi (Avatar, Ted). We also saw Seth McFarlene (Family Guy). At the end of show we met the producer, Randy Cordray. He talked to us for about 15 minutes. Such a nice guy. He gave us his email address and asked if we could contact him re: a reminder for getting it to view in Australia.

Day 9: Westside Pavilion

This is the first time since arriving in LA that we have been able to see downtown LA from the balcony. Apparently this is because less people drive cars on Sunday which means there is less smog (or as locals call it marine cover). Another easy day..... after grabbing a coffee from our favourite 'coffee bean' baristas we took a trip to the Westside Pavilion shopping centre for lunch. Spent the afternoon in the poolside cabana watching the Emmys live.
